Most inexpensive graphics designers are offshore so they really don't care what happens to you after they get paid. It doesn't matter if you have a bill of sale, you are on the hook if you are using somebody else's copyright protected work, illustrations or pictures.

We have a nice collection of graphics but if we need a special message and don't have anything that fits we'll purchase from depositphotos.
